1. Agreement

Buy Sites Direct is a marketplace at buysitesdirect.com, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], where sellers list websites and online businesses for sale and buyers contact them directly. By browsing the site, creating an account, publishing a listing, or sending an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. We are a venue, not a party to any sale

This is the most important thing on this page. Buy Sites Direct publishes listings and passes messages. That is the whole service.

• We are never a party to a transaction between a buyer and a seller.
• We are not a broker, an agent, an adviser, or a representative of either side.
• We take no commission, charge no listing fee, and earn nothing when a deal closes.
• We do not hold funds, process payments, or provide escrow of any kind.
• Price, terms, payment, and transfer of the asset are agreed entirely between the two parties.

Many people use an independent third party escrow service for a website purchase. That is a decision for the buyer and the seller. We do not endorse, vet, or take responsibility for any escrow service, lawyer, or other provider a user chooses.

3. We do not verify listings

Every figure on a listing comes from the seller. We do not audit revenue, verify traffic, confirm ownership of a domain, or check that a business exists as described. A listing appearing on this site is not an endorsement and is not evidence that any claim in it is true. Buyers must do their own due diligence before sending money, including verifying analytics and revenue at the source, confirming ownership, and using a written agreement. If a listing looks wrong, tell us and we will look at it.

4. Accounts

Only sellers need an account. Buyers can browse and send inquiries without registering. When you register you agree to give an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. One person or business, one account. Do not create accounts to evade a suspension.

5. Seller obligations

• List only assets you actually own or are authorised to sell.
• Describe the asset accurately. Revenue, traffic, and expenses must be real figures you can support with evidence.
• Disclose anything material that would change a buyer's view, such as a search penalty, a pending dispute, a platform ban, or revenue that depends on one account you cannot transfer.
• Keep the listing current. Take it down or mark it sold when it is no longer available.
• Respond to inquiries honestly, or not at all. Do not use inquiries to sell something unrelated.
• Do not use the site to collect buyer contact details for any other purpose.

6. Buyer obligations

• Give a real name and a real email address when you contact a seller.
• Send genuine inquiries. The contact form is not for advertising services, recruiting, or bulk outreach.
• Verify claims yourself before committing money. Assume nothing on a listing has been checked by us, because it has not.
• Treat anything a seller shares with you in confidence as confidential.

7. Prohibited listings and conduct

Do not use the site to:

• List anything you do not own, or anything whose sale is illegal where you or the buyer are located.
• List sites built on stolen content, malware, phishing, spam operations, illegal streaming or downloads, adult content involving anyone under 18, or trade in counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, or personal data.
• Post fabricated revenue or traffic figures, or screenshots that have been altered.
• Post fake listings, duplicate listings, or listings for assets that are not genuinely for sale.
• Send spam, scams, advance fee schemes, or requests for payment through untraceable channels.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone, including impersonating Buy Sites Direct.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk extract listings or contact data, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with the site or the servers behind it.

8. Listing content and licence

You keep ownership of everything you post. By publishing a listing you grant Buy Sites Direct a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace, including showing it in search results and category pages. That licence ends when you delete the listing, except for copies already cached by third parties such as search engines, which are outside our control. You confirm that you have the right to post what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

9. The AI listing tool

The site can draft a listing for you by fetching the public homepage of the URL you give it and generating text from that plus the figures you entered. The draft is a starting point, not a verified description. You are responsible for reading it, correcting it, and standing behind every claim in the version you publish.

10. Suspension, removal, and banning

We can remove any listing and suspend or permanently ban any account, at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these terms have been broken or that a user is acting in bad faith towards other users. We can also stop offering the site, or any part of it, at any time. You can close your account whenever you like by contacting us through the FAQ page. Nothing here obliges us to police listings, and not removing something is not approval of it.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, that listings are accurate or lawful, that any user is who they claim to be, or that any transaction will complete. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Guides and valuation articles on the site are general information only.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Buy Sites Direct and anyone operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or any dealing with another user. This includes any loss from a failed, fraudulent, or disputed transaction between a buyer and a seller. Because the site is free to use and we take no fee from any sale, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to 100 US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

13. Indemnity

You agree to cover Buy Sites Direct against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from content you posted, from your use of the site, or from a dispute between you and another user.

14. Disputes between users

Disagreements about a sale are between the buyer and the seller. We are not a mediator, an arbitrator, or a source of evidence, and we cannot reverse a payment or recover a transferred asset. Tell us anyway if a user is behaving fraudulently, so we can act on the account.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that must go to court will be brought in the courts of [JURISDICTION], and you agree to that venue.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Buy Sites Direct about the site.
